Genuine Cacao. No additives.
As organic as it comes.
Kakawdude started with a simple frustration: most "Cacao" on the shelf isn't really cacao anymore. It's been processed, alkalized, mixed with fillers, and stripped of the very things that made it a superfood in the first place.
We grow ours differently. On our own farm in Tala Bataan Philippines, our cacao trees are tended by hand, harvested at peak ripeness, and processed with nothing added and nothing taken away. No Dutch processing. No sugar. No shortcuts. Just cacao, the way it's been grown in this region for generations.
From Pod to Melts (Tablea)
Every batch follows five simple steps, done the way cacao has always been made — no shortcuts, no additives.
Fermented — Freshly harvested beans are fermented to develop the deep, complex flavor that defines real cacao.
Dried — Naturally sun-dried to lock in that flavor and preserve the beans' natural antioxidants.
Roasted — Roasted with care to bring out the richness without stripping away what makes cacao a superfood.
Ground — Stone-ground in small batches into a smooth, pure cacao paste.
Molded — Shaped into its final form, ready to melt into your daily ritual.
What you get is Cacao closer to its true state than almost anything you'll find in a grocery aisle.
Pure cacao isn't just a marketing word for us — it's the whole point.
We believe real ingredients should still taste like where they came from.
